• Immediately report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization and acceptance by the restaurant. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners.

• Prices displayed on the platform may change without prior notice.
• Applicable taxes and government levies may be added at checkout.
• Platform service fees may be charged per transaction.
• Fraudulent transactions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

Delivery times shown on the platform are estimates only and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, high order volumes, and restaurant preparation times. We strive to ensure prompt delivery but cannot guarantee exact arrival windows.

Orders may be cancelled only before the restaurant begins preparation. Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be accepted. Approved refunds are processed according to your payment provider's standard timelines, which may take 5–7 business days.

• No abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward staff, delivery riders, or restaurant partners.
• No fraudulent, fake, or malicious orders placed on the platform.
• No misuse, duplication, or unauthorized sharing of promotional coupons or discount codes.
• No engagement in any unlawful or prohibited activity through or in connection with the platform.

Restaurants listed on our platform are solely responsible for food preparation, ingredient sourcing, allergen disclosure, packaging quality, and full compliance with applicable food safety laws and regulations. We act solely as an intermediary technology platform connecting customers with restaurant partners.

We collect and process user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection regulations including DPDP (India) and GDPR where applicable. Your data is used solely to facilitate orders, improve platform services, and send relevant communications.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to food quality disputes, delivery delays, order inaccuracies caused by restaurant partners, or third-party payment failures.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates.
